The exclusive Intercontinental Hotel is based here. The golfing also&nbsp;looks great, but I feel they do need to do more with the new better PGA golf course and country club being built in <a href="http://www.tersefanou.blogspot.com/"><span style="color: #444444;">Tersefanou</span></a>, in Larnaca district. Another problem for home and apartment owners in Aphrodite Hills are the outrageous annual charges/ running costs. One is a maintenance payment of a few thousand Euro to the village of Aphrodite Hills, and then theres another annual maintenance charge for the facilities within your specific development - again a few thousand Euro depending on the size of your property and location (villas also have to pay this). The noise of the new Orites wind farm is present, and its a shame the wind turbines look terrible and even light up at night!&nbsp;You can see them around most of the resort.
